Delete your account

You can request deletion of your CureMe account (patient app or CureMe Doctor). This page also satisfies Google Play's account-deletion URL requirement.

Delete by email

Email support@cureme.life from the phone number or email on the account, with subject "Delete CureMe account", and include:

• Full name on the account
• Phone number used to sign in
• Whether it is a patient or doctor account

We aim to complete email requests within 30 days after we verify ownership.

Doctors with upcoming booked appointments may need those visits cancelled or completed before deletion can finish.

Delete in the app

When your app build includes it: open CureMe or CureMe Doctor → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Until then, use the email path above.

What we delete or anonymise

• Phone number, email, name, date of birth, photos and similar personal identifiers.
• Login credentials and outstanding one-time codes.
• Managed family profiles under the same holder account.

Appointments, prescriptions and bills may be kept in anonymised form so clinics keep a lawful record of care and billing. Those records will no longer show your personal details.
